To make a valid warranty claim under our extended seven-year warranty, simply follow these steps:
- Pay the full contract price as agreed upon.
- Retain a copy of the original contract for your records.
- Keep documentation of your payment, such as a copy of your cancelled check or other evidence of full payment.
- Cover the costs of any materials used for repairs.
- Allow SprayteckXpert LLC access to your property to inspect and perform any necessary warranty work or repairs.
Please be aware of the following details regarding our extended warranty:
- This warranty grants you specific legal rights. Depending on your jurisdiction, certain limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
- Our extended seven-year warranty is the sole express warranty provided by SprayteckXpert LLC and supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied.
- It covers only the services provided by SprayteckXpert LLC to the original purchaser named on the contract.
- SprayteckXpert LLC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages exceeding the original contract price.
- Any alterations or extensions to this warranty must be made in writing and agreed upon by all parties involved.
Under the terms of our extended seven-year warranty, we commit to repairing any peeling, blistering, or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship for a period of seven years from the completion date stated on your contract.

While our extended seven-year warranty provides extensive coverage, there are certain limitations to be aware of:
- It does not cover work where SprayteckXpert LLC did not supply the paint or materials.
- Varnished surfaces, galvanized metal surfaces, and certain other materials are excluded from coverage.
- Repairs to specific surfaces, such as decks, railings, and roofs, may not be covered.
- Environmental factors may affect paint color and finish over time, and exact paint match cannot be guaranteed.
- Damage resulting from external causes beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or misuse, may not be covered.
Repairs under our extended seven-year warranty will be conducted only on the affected areas of peeling, blistering, or chipping paint, and will adhere to the surface preparation standards outlined in your contract.
